DATUK TEE GUAN PIAN (“Datuk Tee”) is the Group Managing Partner of UHY in Malaysia. Datuk Tee has 28 years of professional audit, assurance, corporate finance and insolvency experience, which includes 5 years as a bank examiner with the Central Bank of Malaysia, inspecting financial institutions under the purview of the Central Bank and administered assessments on the soundness and solvency of such financial institutions. Datuk Tee moved on to public practice and was partner of Morison AAC & Co. for 14 years. Datuk Tee joined UHY in 2008 and currently leads the assurance, advisory and insolvency practices of the Kuala Lumpur (KL) office. The advisory services in the KL office include major client engagements that involve merges and acquisitions, public listing on the Securities Exchange and corporate exercises. Professional assignments that are personally led by Datuk Tee include bank appointed Receiver & Manager (R&M) assignments, debt restructuring of distressed companies, and forensic audits. In June 2015, Datuk Tee was conferred the Panglima Jasa Negara (PJN) by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King) of Malaysia, that carries the title of “Datuk” for the contribution to the community and the accounting profession. Datuk Tee is also the Executive Vice President of Malaysia-Guangdong Chamber of Investment Promotion, the Vice President of Council of Federal Datuks Malaysia and a Member of Tsinghua University Alumni, Malaysia Chapter.

ZULKHARNAIN BIN A. RAHIM (“En. Zulkharnain”), was appointed as Deputy Chairman II of KoSimpanan since December 2016. En. Zulkharnain is also the Group Managing Director of UHY Advisory (KL) Sdn Bhd. UHY Advisory is licensed to carry on the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance pursuant to the CMSA 2007. En Zulkharnain also holds the Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licenses to carry on the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance pursuant to CMSA 2007. En. Zulkharnain was formerly a bank examiner with Bank Negara Malaysia for five (5) years. Prior to joining UHY Advisory, he was one of the Executive Directors of Anuarul Azizan Chew Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd for ten (10) years and was also one of the Director-in-charge of the Corporate Finance and Advisory Department. En. Zulkharnain has particular experience in handling human resource planning and training, team management, supervisory and review of consulting jobs for private and public companies with businesses in property development, financial institution, manufacturing, shipping and plantation. He is also actively in giving advice for recovery and restructuring assignments to financial institutions and the clients.

LIM SHE POH (“Ms. Beryl Lim”), is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Ms. Beryl Lim is currently the Executive Director of Distressed Assets Advisory and Management of UHY Group of Companies, and has been with UHY for 15 years. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant of Corporate Finance and Advisory Department of Anuarul Azizan Chew Consulting Sdn Bhd (“AACC”) for 2 years. Prior to joining AACC, she worked as an external auditor in few medium sized firms. During her employment as an external auditor, she supervises and conduct audit of private and public listed companies, co-operatives with businesses engaged in finance company, property development and manufacturing. Her auditing experience covered various sectors which comprises financing and banking, manufacturing, trading, servicing, investment holding, property development, construction, statutory bodies and etc.

Lim Bee Peng (“Ms. Michelle Lim”) has been appointed as a Director of KoSimpanan since Dec 2013. Ms. Michelle Lim CA (M), FCCA is the Partner and Chief Financial Officer of UHY. She is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She has more than 20 years of professional experience. She has led assignments in a wide range of companies, from small scale local entrepreneurial organizations to large scale international trading and manufacturing companies, as well as companies listed on Bursa Malaysia. She also assists clients with corporate advisory matters such as public company flotation, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence reviews and corporate restructuring.

Kong Feck Keat, is appointed as Board Member/ Director of KoSimpanan since Dec 2013. Mr. Kong is also the Head of Corporate Advisory/ Non-Executive Director of UHY Advisory (KL) Sdn Bhd). He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Mr. Kong has over a decade’s professional experience in debt restructuring, corporate restructuring of distressed listed companies, initial public offerings as well as bond issues. He has been involved in professional work of sectors such as financing and banking, manufacturing, trading, servicing, investment holding, property development, construction, plantation and statutory bodies.
