Zulkharnain has nearly three decades of professional experience which includes five years of experience as a bank examiner with Bank Negara Malaysia, inspecting financial institutions under the purview of BNM and assessing their soundness and solvency. Subsequently, he held the position of executive director of Anuarul Azizan Chew Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd for ten years. He has extensive experience in Special Administrator assignments, scheme advisor for RTO, Receivers & Managers assignments, investigative audits, PN4 companies and other M&A deals.
